Loan Programs
Loans
Six loan products, one promise: fair terms, a real person walking with you, and no penalty for paying early. Every product comes with coaching — before, during, and after your loan.
Our first loans are in final preparation, and pre-applications are open now. Rates and fees will be published here when lending opens. A pre-application pulls no credit and commits you to nothing — it means a Coach calls you first, and your file is first in line.

Beyond the six loans
Homeownership Readiness
On the Reservation, most families rent or live in tribal housing — owning a home, and the land it sits on, hasn’t been within reach for many. WITAYA meets you where you are. A Coach helps you care for the home you’re in, understand your lease and your rights as a renter, and build the credit and savings that put ownership within reach over time. It starts with a conversation — not a down payment.
Talk to a CoachRates and fees are set by our Board-governed Pricing Sheet, reviewed quarterly, and will be published before lending opens. There is never a penalty for paying early.
Who can apply
- Enrolled members of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe — living on or off the Reservation
- Enrolled members of surrounding Indigenous Nations who have lived on the Reservation or in surrounding communities for more than a year
- Native American entrepreneurs across North Dakota and South Dakota
As our fund grows, our lending grows with it — outward into the surrounding communities we share.

No. We look at your whole picture, not just a number. The Credit Builder loan has no minimum score at all.
